Medical Insurance
Your nutrition visits will be billed through your medical insurance until your nutrition benefit has been exhausted. Based on your individual insurance coverage, you will be billed the Member Responsibility on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) we receive from your insurance.
Once you have exhausted your benefits through your insurance company, you will be billed Private Pay Rates.

Initial Visit - $200 Follow up Visit - $165
Prompt Pay Rates*
*Must be paid at time appointment scheduled.

Ongoing Monthly Access- $15/month
Video Visit Follow up (30 minutes) - $55
Body Composition Analysis

Please note there is a charge for late cancellation, late rescheduling and a No Show
A fee of $35 will be charged if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
A fee of $35 will be charged for a no-show. A no show is defined as any appointment with you not arriving at the office or signing in to a video visit within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment.
