MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR YOUR NUTRITION VISITS

Most health insurance companies cover nutrition counseling and, in most instances, you can use insurance for your nutrition visit. You likely have benefits available ranging from:

  • No cost
  • The cost of a co-pay
  • The cost of co-insurance towards your deductible
If there is a cost, you do receive a discounted rate from your insurance provider.

It’s not hard to verify and confirm the nutritional counseling benefits on your insurance policy.  You need to call your insurance company. Once again (yes, this is really important) YOU, need to do this and it must be submitted BEFORE your initial visit. We can not call for you.  We will review and help you understand the level of coverage. Here's the form: Health Insurance Benefits Check (Save the completed form for later, you’ll need it to fill out additional forms for your first visit.)

Start by downloading the form. Once you have the form completed, schedule a Getting to Know You Call and we can review the form, provide you with additional information and get you scheduled for your initial visit.

Making an investment in your health is always important. While most people choose to cover the investment with their medical benefits, self pay options are available. Curious about the cost associated with working with One You Nutrition? Visit the pricing page.
