As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I help people create a sustainable, healthy and realistic way of eating to feel their best, age well, manage nutrition related diseases. I’ve been a nutrition professional for over thirty years and have helped thousands of patients improve their health diet and lifestyle changes. Most patients start working with me because they are sick, either in the hospital or trying to avoid hospitalization after recently being diagnosed with a diet related condition. People want to be healthier and feel better. Most people I work with don’t want to hear me talk about changing their diet but, they do know they need help.
Nutrition is a key part of a healthy lifestyle and prevents and treats disease. You know food plays a critical role in your overall well-being but, knowing isn’t enough. Understanding how food works in your life and to put that learning into action is critical to making long term changes. That’s where I can help you. I combine nutrition science, food knowledge and lifestyle strategies to help you make changes to better manage your health. The results are a healthier weight, improved health parameters, a healthier lifestyle and a healthier approach to food.
